The effective thread lift with seralea® products
We supply you with lifting and volume threads for various applications: from skin revitalisation to clearly visible volume build-up and for aesthetic lifting. The advantage: the longer-lasting effect. Because with a thread lift, the wrinkles are not only tightened. The threads also stimulate the body's own collagen formation. This achieves a long-term and natural result.
1. Aging skin: It is not as tight as at a young age. For patients, the formation of wrinkles is the reason for lifting or filling.
2. Thread lifting: The absorbable PDO threads in SERAG-WIESSNER quality are placed subcutaneously.
3. Effect: The formation of collagen around the thread is stimulated, producing a padding effect.
4. Result: The collagen formed is retained after the threads have been resorbed, which takes place after 180 to 210 days.
BASIC.mono.pdo
The MONO thread consists of a single filament. As a filler, it mechanically induces tightening in the deep subcutaneous layers and stimulates natural neocollagenesis by fibroblasts.
BASIC.screw.pdo
The SCREW BASIC thread smoothens out deeper irregularities thanks to its spiral-shaped, more voluminous geometry. This shape is well suited for areas of the face that are more stressed by facial expressions.
BROOM.pdo
The VOLUME BROOM thread consists of several thin individual filaments that are inserted in one go to further intensify the filling effect.
BARB BI.pdo / BARB BI FC.pdo
This PDO thread has a row of bi-directionally arranged barbs that provide a significant tightening effect. For BARB BI, we offer cannulas with a blunt or sharp tip.
BARB BI FCN.pdo
A stronger tightening effect is achieved if this variant is used, in which the bi-directional barbs are arranged in a row. The thread diameter is significantly more pronounced than with BARB BI and BARB BI 3D. The BARB FCN cannula has a blunt tip.
BARB MULTI-DIR.pdo
This thread is equipped with a row of multi-directionally arranged barbs which ensure a significant tightening effect and a secure hold in the tissue. The BARB MULTI-DIR cannula has a blunt tip.
BARB DUAL-N BI.pdo
This thread has a row of bi-directionally arranged barbs and is needled at both ends. This allows ideal placement at the desired position and secure anchoring in the tissue.
BARB NOSE BI.pdo
We developed this strong thread with multi-directional barbs especially for modelling the nose. It allows double insertion in one go with a blunt cannula.
BARB FORTE.pdo
This injection-moulded material has the most pronounced barbs with a corresponding tightening effect and even greater holding power. The FORTE cannulas have a blunt tip with a special bevel.
VOLUME OMNIFILL.pdo
Due to its spiral, very voluminous geometry, the OMNIFILL thread evens out deep to very deep irregularities. The blunt cannula also has a guide for correct placement of the thread spiral.

The small packaging units allow them to be used up quickly. This prevents moisture from diffusing through the sterile packaging during storage and the resorption process of the thread starting already inside the packaging.
Gentle use thanks to optimised cannulas
All BARB threads are available with blunt cannula tips optimised for the indication. When inserting the threads into the tissue, this allows the vessels and nerves to be pushed aside gently without injuring them. The outer horny layer is pierced with a pointed cannula beforehand to facilitate application.
